SHIPPING DESTINATIONS (Australia Wide Only)
We currently only ship our products to Australian-wide destinations. If you wish to purchase in bulk and have delivery to an International destination, Please contact us by email with your requirements and we will advise on shipping costs and pricing.
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of payment if all items are in stock.
Once despatched, delivery by Australia Post will typically take from to 1-5 days to deliver items for all major metro cities and up to 10 days for regional areas including Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If part of an order is out of stock, you have the option of holding the order until the items are back in stock (if the items are due back in stock within 14 days), or receiving separate orders. You will be contacted with an expected back in stock date and we will proceed with your order as directed.

Yes! You'll receive an email with a tracking number and link once your order has been shipped. Just click on the link to check the delivery status of your order online with Sendle.

Returns will be accepted if you notify us within 60 days of you receiving your order.
The items must be in original packaging and original condition (unworn with tags attached).
Items will not be accepted if there are any damages, writing, or freight labels stuck directly on the packaging.
To return any items, please head to our Returns Portal, letting us know:
What you are returning (Style Code, Size, and Colour)
The Invoice number of the order; and
The reason for the return including any images of the issue to be assessed
* Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling on any returns. Refunds for customer payments will not include any shipping costs.
We will refund your purchase within 7-10 days of receiving the item. Your refund will be issued through the same payment method used to make the original purchase, excluding the original shipping cost. If the product was ordered with a promotional voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order (excluding the shipping cost). We also reserve the right to request the return of any free gift that may have been included with the original purchase or deduct the value of the gift from your refund.
Our Quality Control team ensures that all products are of high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, and details and images of the issue to be assessed. If the product is deemed faulty, QLT Workwear will issue you with a Return Paid eParcel Sticker, and you will be eligible to receive a full refund or replacement once the goods have been returned.
Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send your items back to us. We'll be doing our best to refund/credit your account as soon as the package is in our hands.
MODIFYING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
You are able to cancel or modify an order if the order has not been dispatched. Please message us via our live chat or email us at email@example.com and include your order confirmation number.

Due to health concerns, garments that have been worn with a clear sign of use may not qualify for refunds, returns or exchanges.
